We would like to bring to your attention that some malicious actors have stolen our official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, and our Discord group. These scammers are spreading words, especially from social media and Discord, claiming that we are having some issues with our official payment accounts and urging customers to take the payment back (request chargebacks) and pay into their accounts instead.
Unfortunately, several customers have fallen victim to this scam, which has turned into a real challenge for us, and as a result, we are currently under severe financial pressure. Although we have promised 100% refunds, we have gone short on funds. We have a list of customers to pay back.
Please be informed that we have already reported this matter to the relevant authorities and are taking every possible step to stop these fraudulent activities. We remain confident that we will overcome this attack and protect our long-standing reputation.
We kindly request all customers to exercise extreme caution. If anyone — especially from social media, our Discord group, or someone identifying themselves suspiciously — contacts you and asks you to issue a refund or send payment to a different account, please be aware that you are communicating with scammers.
We have successfully protected several customers from these fraudulent attempts. If anyone claiming to be an artist tries to convince you to make a chargeback or pay to an alternate account, ask them for a short video interview — they will never agree to show themselves.
At present, we have only our official website and authorized payment accounts under our control. We are working tirelessly to recover from this situation and continue serving our customers with integrity.
If you encounter any suspicious activity, please report it immediately. This will help protect both you and other art lovers from falling victim to these scams.
